What are the Extended Hours?
Extended Hours subscribers have access from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. Non-subscribers can message during regular business hours only. There is a minimum 6-month subscription period, paid upfront, and the plan renews every 6 months at minimum. For discounts, families can enroll in an annual plan and save up to $70, or about 17%. If you have an emergency, CALL 911. At your discretion, you may also CALL 720-777-0123 (Children’s Hospital Colorado ParentSmart Healthline) or 303-563-3300 (Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children Advice Line).
How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond within 1 hour during Extended Hours (8am-10pm daily). Response times may vary based on message volume, but you’ll always hear from us the same day.
What if I need care outside Extended Hours?
For urgent medical concerns outside 8am-10pm, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. You can also call our office at (303) 423-8017. Regular office hours remain available for in-person appointments.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Extended Hours includes a minimum 6-month subscription period that is paid upfront and renews every 6 months at minimum. Families who choose an annual plan can receive discounted pricing with savings of up to $70, or about 17%. If you have questions about your billing cycle or renewal timing, please contact our office.

Yes. Extended Hours is supported by the same trusted Lynk Pediatrics care team who already know your child’s medical history and care needs.
What types of questions can I ask during Extended Hours?
Extended Hours is intended for urgent pediatric questions that should not wait until the next business day, such as new fevers, rashes, medication questions, worsening symptoms, or whether your child should be seen sooner. Telehealth or video visits may be offered only as directed or determined by your healthcare provider, based on what is clinically appropriate and safe.
How do I get started with Spruce after subscribing?
