Life with kids doesn’t follow business hours — and now, neither do we. We’re excited to share a new way to reach your Lynk Pediatrics care team when your child needs help after hours.

Our Remote Extended After‑Hours Care Hotline (REACH) gives your family easy access to trusted pediatric guidance from home between 8 am and 10 pm, 7 days a week.

What REACH includes

  • Secure messaging with our team for urgent, time‑sensitive questions that can’t comfortably wait.
  • Prompt responses, usually within about 1 hour during coverage times.
  • Telehealth or video visits when your healthcare provider decides they’re needed.
  • Weekend access to lab results and treatment actions when appropriate.
  • Care from the same Lynk Pediatrics clinicians who know your child.

Simple pricing for families

  • $15/month for the first child
  • Multi‑child and annual plans as low as $10/month
  • Minimum 6‑month subscription, paid upfront and renewing every 6 months
  • Annual plans can save families up to $70 (about 17%) versus month‑to‑month

When to use REACH

REACH is ideal for urgent but non‑emergency questions, such as new fevers, rashes, worsening symptoms, or “does my child need to be seen tonight?” questions.
